Magnussen
Magnussen was founded the town of Kitchener, Ontario in 1931 by Ingwer Magnussen. Unable to find work during the great depression, Ingwer made the bold move in starting his own company as he was a skilled cabinet maker and a wholehearted businessman. Over the years, Magnussen started to grow. Magnussen started importing furniture from Asia in 1980. Their pieces are created for today’s lifestyle. They manufacture Bedroom and Youth furniture, dining room and home office, entertainment and media cabinets, occasional and accents, and upholstery.
